TWC Project

For this project, a group of peers and I were tasked with creating a logo, flyer, and overall branding for the Teacher Wellness Collective, a wellness retreat organized by Dr. Becky Beucher at Illinois State University's EFAW Center. We wanted to create a visual identity that reflected the retreat's focus on wellness, personal growth, and healing. Our group decided to incorporate a butterfly into the logo as a symbol of positive change and transformation, using its metamorphosis as a metaphor for the retreat's purpose. 

I developed the initial concept for the butterfly logo and helped create the early drafts of the design. Although our logo was not ultimately selected, our flyer design was chosen to represent the event. I then helped update the flyer to incorporate the selected logo, making sure the final design remained cohesive with the new branding. This project gave me experience working collaboratively on a real client project and adapting our designs based on the client's final decisions.
